I also think he should be allowed back because after doing more research on him,

I see that he had a lot of posts, awards, upgrades, rep, etc. He did not multi-account during all this which is good.

Most users would do that.
 
I say only if he wont do it again, everyone needs a second chance.
 
No, I don't think he should be let back. It shouldn't matter at all if he admitted to turboing tags, he still did it. Admitting to it doesn't make him any different than those who don't, in the sense of rule breaking.
And by admitting to turboing tags, he knew what he had coming, so he should face the consequences.

And since there's no DWC anymore, nobody would know about his history of turboing tags.
And this last thing is just a personal suggestion, but I think you should be the one chosing instead of the community. Just my opinion.

He is a part of most users then. He's multi-accounted before, I remember 3 accounts off the top of my head he made after he got banned.
 
If he was a staff member, then no. He's a horrible role model

A lot of posts: Depends how you define "a lot"
Upgrades: Cool, lots of people upgrade
Rep: Cool, not hard to do repbacks allday everyday
Did not multi-account: You obviously didn't research him

Also, Philly you shouldn't be biased. If Phenom gets a thread like this, then other banned members in similar situations should also.
 
I'd like to see Phenom back. :) He was a really cool member back then. Lol
I like this idea of asking rather than just adding them back. :)

No. That isn't it. Idgaf if he comes back but I'm just expressing my opinion and I don't see why people don't agree. Sure, he's a cool dude but when you do wrong you should be punished, which is why I'll be banned soon.
 
It's not like everyone else on this forum turbos so yes.

You realize how many members he's turbo'd? He would have to pay at least 800$+ back to users and the rules state you HAVE to pay each and every member back to come back. I'm sure lots of members that have been turbo'd don't come on here anymore. Besides that, if he's allowed back even though he's a alright guy, i will be severely disappointed in the judgement of the community. If he gets allowed back we should let Hash, Cuff, Afro, Moon, and many others back just to be fair to them as well.

Pay back one of the people that he's turboed a tag from. What about the others? Also, there were plenty of other "great" people banned. Why don't we let all of them back?

All the people that are saying let Phenom back because "he's paying the person back and he's chill" are honestly retarded.

no he is a also a great friend of mine and i would like him to be around the forum again... i don't understand why you are making a argument out of this just say yes or no theres no need for a flame war
