What is the urgency that your thread has to be immediately closed?

No urgency. It is just annoying.
We also need some more friendly SuperMods.
Quite frankly, Echoes, you're a dick.

And this entire thread isn't even about the closing of threads.
As stated earlier;
What if a bunch of spam hits the forums and no one is on to deal with it for an hour or so?
A massive turn off for new members and old alike.

All the replies I see from him are cocky and I get the sense that he feels he is better than everyone.

I really don't want to seem like a dick I'm just trying to post unbiased.
I don't feel superior to anyone, everyone on this Earth is just as equal as the other.
But yes, waiting for a thread to be closed is really annoying (especially if it isn't closed).
We aren't going to talk about this on this thread though, we are all friends here.
Lets get this thread back on topic. :thumbsup:

You have my support. I have been SMOD on one forum and am Admin on another and I know how hard it is when there isn't a staff member on at a certain time.

Just take your chances with getting some members promoted to replace beau and them.

I feel our Smods are doing a fine job, everytime im online atleast 2 of them are also.
