TE is stating that, he got a 2 month ban for trolling, and the admins came to a conclusion that 2 months is too long, so they unbanned him, it has nothing to do with the "scamming", He served his time for that, long before the new rule came in to ban scammers permanently.Multiply said:

You are right. I have never run a forum. I don't think I would have the patience either. But I have had management skills where I have had to manage about 100 people in a workplace situation. I have also been in the postition of having to look after and manage 170 student who kept have there shitty little govenment laptop fail on them and I have to make decisions against my friends because they wanted my account so they could go on youtube and facebook. I had to say no to things like that.

But the fact that he scammed members of $1,000's of dollars and even $1,300 from one member alone, and then he comes back and trolls people with his shitty comments about "Y yOu SoOo FoaMY BrOO. YoU Just MAD CoZzzZZ I sCamMedD YeWWW" as if he is saying that what he did is acceptable and he got away with it. People who steal $1,300 from a corner shop would go to jail. He used his Staff tag to gain trust over members.
When other users come back, they appologize for what they did. I have seen a few appologies. He just immediately started trolling because he knew he got away with it.
You look at him as if we only want him banned because he trolls. We want him banned because of his past. People knew not to trade with him over at HF because of his past. He then got a second chance to scam people here because it was a "fresh start". Look what happened? He used his fresh start to con again.
And look at the amount of people who want scammers permanently banned in the other poll. Clearly they are not wanted on this forum. Past, present, or future scammers.
We as a group are not asking for much. We only ask for a chance for him to be brought to the stand once more and to let the jury decide his fate.

When he gets back, it doesn't mean he is going to be all excited that you got him suspended and be a good widdle boy now. If he gets back and is still acting like a cunt, you suspend him for longer. So technically his 2 month ban for being a twat should have stayed anyway, because; a) he is ex-staff so he knows the rules and; b) he has prior bans.
