I do not know but I use to talk to @Philly a good bit when I was active, bought a group and awards all the time. It's like pulling teeth to get to him now. I do agree, we need someone in high authorities to fill his slippers while he does whatever he does, @Seven has been here for years, I do not know @Raptor but I know several other people that are worth the job and have offered and have been turned down or get the "We will see." or "talk later" stuff.

I tried helping @Plague on several occasions and for some reason I couldn't get him in, I spend a decent amount of time trying and couldn't get him in I am unsure what else to say besides perhaps someone else may be better for the job and I say that as peaceful as possible. I like @Plague and he helped a great deal, maybe another time in the future he will get his position back.

I could again, but it wouldn't be as often. I work 12 hour shifts M-F. But when I have free time I can.

Although, it's been some months now and the "Request an award" thread is now overflowing - no one has dealt with it for months.
Can this be sorted sometime soon? If I was a new member to the site - I'm attracted by awards! (Still am!) However, if simple things like that aren't attended to in a timely manner then I'd seriously re-consider donating or being active here. Call me mad, but I'm sure MANY others also feel this way.


Anyhow, hope this can be sorted soon

Whilst I agree to some extent, there are things which you can't do unless you wait - such as upgrades, awards, groups and the like.
This is why someone else needs to be appointed.
