People are always blaming the staff for why this site isn't thriving. However, nobody ever recognizes that the members are complete shit. From what I've learned about websites are that staff ain't shit without the members, and members ain't shit without staff. Everything that has to do with members use to mean something: groups, posts, kudos, awards, threads, reputation... etc. The majority of that is solely the member's fault. Members are disappearing and becoming less interested and the Staff is becoming less motivated. Trustworthy members aren't devoted enough to make strides to making the site great. It's a declining spiral that can't be blamed on just the staff. If you want to fix problems, do it yourselves. Help each other out. Find solutions instead of waiting for Philly's PM back. Fuck.
