If someone slides me a 1 year tenure xbl account I'll love them forever, I just want to get my name or alias so I can quit the market.

2). every tag with spacing on the tag that you dream of is already taken?

3. Has to at least have a 1 year tenure. You can be inactive for a while and then go back on but it has to at least have the number 1 or more on the profile.

You have to have an active gold membership along with a 1 year tenure..

Not all of them, just a million of them. And most 2 chars have a spaced version so there won't be many 2 chars available, that's if they do reset 2 chars.

Also, I should be looking for V1's that have no GS and tenure? I'm on the Xbox One so I can't see the Xbox Avatar from the OG Xbox. Also are V1's 12 or 13 years and if there is a 12 year with 1800 GS it won't be reset?

V1's don't have a tenure, they just have a gold bar.
