Is there any evidence or proof of this?
Pretty sure this is according to you and you have no sources.

My own thought would be it could be that they were born as gay and have gay feelings afterwards.
For this question, it's a fifty/fifty.

I'm confused as to how this is a fifty/fifty. You stated it yourself, homosexuals are born homosexual. Is there another dimension that I'm missing?

Homosexuals are born as gay and some got gay afterwards. [Not when they got born]

You don't have a sexuality when you're born. Your reproductive organs don't completely develop until you hit puberty, making sexuality almost impossible to know beforehand.

They are born with gene that will later lead to development of homosexuality, and it's the same exact way with heterosexuality.

What you're saying is that your decisions in life determine your sexuality. So this should conversely be the same with heterosexuality as homosexuality, at least under your initial reply. This would lead me to infer that you don't realize that there are different genetic and epigentic factors that lead to sexuality, akin to how a person's decisions in life don't determine their hair color.

You have to be kidding me. Literally 45 seconds of googling will tell you the exact opposite. It's proven and accepted by biology that the 'gay gene' is one of the main reasons for homosexuality. It doesn't sound outrageous. Does the fact that you could come out with blonde hair or brown hair sound outrageous? Of course not. My reasoning is purely based on science, and yours a based purely on a religious inclination towards homophobia. It's quite possible for someone to have gay or straight, it depends on genetics and epigenetics.

To add to this, this just states that they happen to have similar genetic make up, not that there is a gene dictating sexual orientation. On top of that, even, I don't believe homosexuality in women was even mentioned.

40% of men have a chance of being homosexual. I'm not arguing that all men can, I'm arguing that genetics play a role in homosexuality. This article seems to support my argument, yet I don't see what point you are trying to make.
