I'm sorry to break all of your agreements, but I dis-agree. People who have been banned, don't come back rarely, and if they see that they are permanently banned, then comes multiple accounts & IP Changes, surely none of the staff/management want to deal with that? It would be easier to permanently ban them, but banning for 3 months is better, because they won't come back (most of the times).

They all make second accounts when they are 3 month banned

That is just speculation, and seems like flawed logic to me.
Either way, if they want to make a new account to come back they will certainly try. Statistically they are bound to slip up sooner or later and reveal an IP that links them to their other/banned account anyways.

However, that is beside the point. Scammers should still receive permanent bans; their actions cannot be condoned.

About OP, I completely agree. Scammers shouldn't be able to have a second chance.

Change the 3 month to a perma ban. Or at least a longer period.

Then the dumbasses who scam, might actually forget about this site and never come back.

Scamming shouldn't happen, people are just stupid.

Only do trades with a middleman or someone who is proven extreme trusted, as in 50+ vouches.

There should be a moderator in that section that closes all the threads that aren't using a MM.
