That doesn't warrant their murder. An eye for an eye justice system is corrupt and disgusting. Taking another person's life without their consent is immoral no matter what context it takes place in.
You're lowering yourself to the level of immorality in order to attempt to restore some sort of balance, but that's not how it works.
Fighting murder with murder is stupid.
