You're making an entirely different claim here. You're stating that since God created everything, homosexuality is immoral. But that's an entirely different argument. What is being argued here, or at least what I hope is being argued here, are the biological, genetic, or social reasons as to why homosexuality occurs and whether or not is moral. Your argument presupposes a creator, which is a logical fallacy.

Not really I am just stating strictly why I personally feel it is wrong.

I was just speaking for those who might try and argue that. That's one of those questions that really makes you ponder on whether there is a God.

Do not put words in my mouth. I was not stating that having sexual interactions with someone would make you attracted. I stated that it was a choice to have intercourse with one gender or not.

Well, your argument still presupposes a creator. However, there is no evidence for a creator. Even if there were, you would have to make your argument for the existence of a creator before you move on to homosexuality.

Anyone that thinks being homosexual is okay/right/proper/moral/etc please just answer one and one question only. Why is their males, and females, and not just one sex. God or the higher power that created everything, including us could have created one sex with reproductive organs such as some other species that have been discovered, making it unintelligent to even remotely consider homosexuality being acceptable as being moral.

Please keep in mind I am not trying to offend, I am asking a serious question here., and absolutely mean to offend noone!

but to someone who doesn't believe in God such as myself it sounds like bull. yes there are two sexes and both are required to reproduce but I don't believe for a second that that means homosexuality is not "okay" as you stated. what is wrong with two people loving each other? you can't help who you fall in love with and as long as it's not hurting anyone it really shouldn't be an issue.

I do not believe in god, I am agnostic. Therefore I cannot properly debate in such a topic. I was, and have been only stating my personal opinions based on the way I was raised, my education, my family, my knowledge, my research, my morals, my experience, and most of all how I believe things are, and should be. Nothing will EVER change my opinion on this subject no matter what. I have felt this way since the first time I met a homosexual. I feel there isn't a chance in hell you are born homosexual, just like people are not born straight. Absolutely noone but myself chose to be straight, and I will continue to make love with absolutely beautiful women knowing its absolutely right without a shadow of a doubt in my mind.

For you guys who say being gay is genetic, explain to me why there are so many girls and guys that are unsure about their sexuality, surely if it's a gene they would know, just as it's a gene that their hair color is what it is. So many people choose whether or not to like the same gender, or both genders. Also explain bisexual people, is there a bisexual gene as well? Because you guys are saying "gay" gene, meaning same gender, not both genders intersecting.

After a short discussion with a friend, I'm able to look at @Leader's proposition easier. The example that was presented before me was..

"When someone is born, they are either a 'righty' or a 'lefty'. They do not CHOOSE which hand they use pre-dominantly, they are simply born with it. You can teach them as much as you want and brainwash them even, but nothing will change the fact that they are and always WILL be a 'lefty'."

If you apply this to the same homosexual scene, I can get what @leader was saying. I apologize if I've said anything to foolish.

This simply means that these people haven't figured out their true sexual orientation yet, which is perfectly normal. Also, the entire concept of the "gay gene" is somewhat of an overstatement. There's no single gene alone that will work to dictate one's sexuality. There are a variety of genetic and hormonal factors that work to determine the sexuality of an individual.

No I just am a stubborn person, and when I believe something I stick with it. I am 100% confident in the way I feel, and that I am in the right.

As stated I don't hate or mistreat or any bullshit like that. I just disagree with it, as it is not right. It is truly that simple.

I am usually the same, unless evidence is presented against my beliefs. That's when I change my mind. For example, if someone were to provide evidence for a deity, I would no longer be an atheist.
